Deposit: No deposit is required; however, a visa or mastercard must be provided at the time of the reservation (name on the card, number, expiration date, and 3 digit code from the back) this card will be charged 7 days prior to the tour date when the tour does become non-refundable.

Passenger Weights: In order to calculate aircraft take-off weight and balancing, accurate individual passenger weights are required at time of reservation. If you misstate your weight by more than 10% and this causes us to be unable to accommodate all scheduled passengers, your deposit will not be returned and you will be charged the balance due.

Cancellation: If we cancel the flight and you are unable to reschedule it is 100% refundable. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to scheduled departure, there will be no charge to your credit card. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to scheduled departure, or you do not arrive in time for your scheduled departure, your payment will not be returned and is non-refundable.
